Servicing and maintenance
Servicing your boiler has multiple benefits and gives you the peace of mind that your boiler is working safely. Manufacturers require you to service your boiler every year to keep in line with your warranty. Regular services will help to keep your boiler running at maximum efficiency and also help identify any small or potential issues that could be a lot more costly later on down the line, possibly resulting in the need for a new boiler.
Boiler installations, swaps and conversions
Old and inefficient boilers cost up to 30% more to run and are bad for the environment. If you have an old, inefficient boiler consider replacing to a new higher efficiency boiler. Our team of engineers will be happy to advise you on the best boiler to suit your home.
Boiler repairs

Radiator installs and swaps

Pipework

Emergency call outs
We strive to make things hassle-free and convenient; especially when it comes to an unexpected emergency. We do not charge a call out fee providing you use The Heating Doctor for the repairs.
Power flush
A power flush can increase the efficiency your heating system by breaking down sludge and grime sitting within your system. It can also potentially lower your energy bills and increase the life span of your heating system.  We offer a free magnetic filter with all power flushes we carry out which will prevent sludge and grime building up within the system.
Gas safety certificates

It is a legal requirement for landlords in the UK to have a gas safety certificate, carried out by gas safe registered engineers every 12 months. This gives landlords the peace of mind that all of their gas appliances are safe to use. We offer a deal on customers who have multiple properties that require a yearly renewal of certificates.
